What time is check-in?
Check in time is from 15.00pm and check out time is 11.00am.
Do you accept children? If so, is there a minimum age limit?
We do accept children (we have a child’s cot), and there is no age limit, but the room being a large one is for two adults and the bed arrangements can either be two singles or a Superking.
Do you accept single night stays?
Yes. We welcome single night stays. But please see the note below on free parking.
Do you have parking, and is it free?
Although there is no parking area outside the Wellington B&B, we do have a special permit which allows guests to park for free in the nearby Nun's Close Car Park, only 50yds down the road. In addition, guests who are are staying more than one night, can use the permit for any Car park in the Richmond area 1, which includes Hawes around 20 miles away.
Can you arrange cycle hire?
Yes, we can arrange your daily cycle hire as an add-on service.
Do you have secure cycle storage available to guests?
Yes. We have a secure bike rack fixed to the property, with a waterproof tarpaulin for protection against weather.
Do you welcome dogs?
Unfortunately, we do not to allow pets at this time.
Is there a lounge or sitting room available for guests to use?
Yes, where guests can relax and enjoy a glass of wine etc.
Do you provide internet access?
Yes. Our property has full and secure WiFi.
Do you provide cooked and continental breakfast?
Yes. We have both cooked and continental breakfast options (see our menu here). We generally serve breakfast from 8.00am to 9.30am but we can be flexibility.
Do you have a preferred order time for packed lunches?
Yes. Guests should order their packed lunches the night before.
Do you serve evening meals?
We don’t serve evening meals for guests, unfortunately. But we can recommend several good restaurants in the town centre, only a 15 minute walk away.
